What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Syngheneia S.r.l. undertakes to safeguard the privacy of data subjects and to process their personal data in full compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.
Following consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable natural persons may be processed.

The data subject to the processing operations consist of navigation data and those provided voluntarily by the interested party.
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the personal data included in the message, necessary to respond to requests. It follows that failure to provide them will make it impossible to obtain the requested service
The data collected can be processed for activities strictly connected and instrumental to satisfying the requests addressed to the Data Controller and exclusively for the period necessary for this purpose.
The data collected themselves are not subject to disclosure or communication and can be processed exclusively by the data processors and by the subjects authorized to process by Syngheneia S.r.l. Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the interested party has the right to:

  • obtain from the Data Controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed and, in this case, obtain access to personal data and information provided for by art. 15 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679;
  • obtain from the Data Controller the correction of inaccurate personal data concerning you;
  • obtain the deletion of personal data concerning you where these are no longer necessary with respect to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, or where additional conditions pursuant to art. 17 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and provided that the conditions set out in art. 17, paragraph 3, of the aforementioned Regulation;
  • obtain from the Data Controller the limitation of processing when: a) you contest the accuracy of personal data, for the period necessary for the Data Controller to verify the accuracy of such personal data; b) the processing is illegal but opposes the cancellation and instead requests the application of limitation measures or requests that the processing of the same takes place for the assessment or defense of your right in court;
  • receive the personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format; in the case of the exercise of this right, you will be entitled to request that the Data Controller transmit the aforementioned data directly to another Data Controller;
  • oppose the processing that is based on an automated decision-making process relating to a natural person, where this also includes profiling;
  • if the processing is based on consent, it will be possible to revoke it at any time; in this case, however, all the activities carried out before the revocation will remain valid and effective.

The interested party also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor Authority.
